QuickPole Support
There are three primary methods that you can receive support in your use of QuickPole at present:
- Your IT Support center should be able to help with typical issues related to getting QuickPole installed, ensuring that your computer is operating properly and that your computer is configured properly to run QuickPole.
- If you have questions specific to the use of QuickPole in your organization, your first contact may be to a designated QuickPole resource within your company, if you have one. This is helpful as it creates a more local support group for you. But it is not mandatory. Your issue may be related to how your organization has decided to utilize QuickPole and not an issue with QuickPole specifically.
- User Community Support is through Yahoo Groups. This group is moderated by Sonideft Inc. and joined by many other QuickPole Users. If other users cannot answer your questions, a Sonideft representative is there to help as well. This is helpful for the QuickPole community at large because it is these captured questions that help build the "Frequently Asked Questions" list for everyone's benefit.
- If a "Value Add Reseller" provided the QuickPole license to you, you should contact them if the above options do not help you or do not help you in a timely manner.
- Sonideft is also available to help support you, of course.
Yahoo Groups
Here you can post messages, chat with others, and share files. Message typically fall into a few categories, such as:
- How can I do "this" with QuickPole ?
- When I do this, I get an error message or something I don't understand
- Why does QuickPole do things this way ?
- Product Enhancement requests
Yahoo Groups does ask you to sign-up if you don't already belong to a Yahoo Group. It's relatively painless and FREE.
